Brian Berce Insurance Agency, Inc. was founded in 2003 specializing in community associaiton insurance for over 10 years.  Our agency has grown to insure thousands of units of HOA because of our personal service, knowledge of products needed, direct underwriting and claims relationships, and active participation in organizations such as CIA and CACM.  

My service pledge to property managers is that I believe that all property managers should have my personal cell phone to contact me when needed.  I also respect your time.  I believe that all certs should be handled at the agency level by an actual person, not a website.  Sending clients or vendors to a website for service can result in client frustration and calls getting routed back to property managers instead of the insurance agency in order to service accounts.  

Value and All-inclusive pricing.  

We never charge for service on a Farmers policy.  That means:  Certificates, declaration pages, corrections, rushes, etc. are free to clients and vendors.  So, the price that the association agrees to pay for their insurance is the price that they will pay for their insurance, not an extra $50-$100 everytime that a member needs something throughout the course of the year.  Consider this when evaluating what the association's true cost for insurance is.

Brian Berce, Farmers Insurance AgentBrian grew up in a household that knew insurance.  With both of his parents in the insurance industry since he was a young child Brian wanted to use what he had been learning his entire life to assist others in protecting their assets. After graduating college in 1996 from UNLV, Brian quickly entered the insurance business as an underwriter with Farmers Insurance.  Over the next few years Brian gained claims experience and Agency operations experience.

It was in early 2003 that Brian felt that with his background and additional years of experience in many other areas of insurance that it was time to launch his own agency. In 2005 he was named Auto agent of the year, commercial agent of the year, and agent of the year for his entire district. Early on Brian became involved in commercial insurance and realized that this was his passion. He worked with developers and property managers on many condominium conversion projects.   He worked driectly with underwriting on how to handle this process and was recognized by Farmers as a go to person in the realm of condo-conversion.  

In 2006 he was recognized by Farmers Insurance as an elite commercial agent.  The same year he led all of Farmers Insurance in new business commercial property and casualty with over $1,000,000 in new business premium.  He also became a member of the Farmers Insurance Commercial Million Dollar Club.  Brian attributes most of his success to working hard and being available for property managers directly, "Managers want to speak with the person who's name is on the door, not just whoever handles their portion of the alphabet.  When this is the case you need to not only be willing, but welcoming to take the phone call and resolving the issue at hand yourself."-Brian Berce
